Walked the beach did an extra mile today

Yesterday was kinda tough - My neice picked me up so we could get flowers for her wedding at 1pm thought we would go to lunch but never made it until dinner at 7:30pm. We ended up at a photographer buying her veil and a few other errands It was fun though but need to prepare more because I was hungrey. I did okay though.
Walked to the beack with my dad and dog to the beach left them at the begining and walked about 2miles Brough my dad bagel and coffee and I only drink water no bagel for me.

I think I am going to mostly do Phase 1 and some Phase 2 for the next 9 days -
I had my first Deit Pepsi and will limited it to 1 on Friday's.
I kinda lost it last night and had a drink but back to it today
Maybe every 10 days I will have one glass of wine or not -
Today starts the begining of a new chapter- Chapter 1 went okay let's hope chapter 2 goes even better :)

DAY 10 -
DDAY - LOST 5 Pounds!! YEAH!! I have never lost that much in one time. The most I ever lost was 3 pounds. I am going to be 50 in August 13th. I would love to lose 10 pounds.
My mother lost 1lb I think she weight after eating so I am going to have her weigh in tomorrow morning.
Now is the tough part to stick with it - Work is going to an India place for lunch today for a going away party can we have Basmati Rice?
Wish me well this weekend I have a party and really want to try not to drink any alcohol- I wish there was fat free sugar free beer.
