Had an okay day
Oatmeal - yogurt rice vegan burger and some veggie soup
Made a batch of veggie soup tonight with leftovers; gravy (my name for tomatoe sauce)oninons, peppers, celery, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, brocolli ,carrots and some beans oh and I added a little bit of corn. Seasoned with chili and garlic of course. Came out pretty good I will have for lunch tomorrow.
Made pizza for my dad and gave my mother a progresso soup = they have new progresso soups that are only 60 calories and 0 point for weight watchers - kinda look good for this diet in a pinch.
I snuck and weighed myself good news I haven't gain any weight - I hope I lose at least 1 pound when I weigh myself this weekend. Not bad consider wedding and 4 birthdays in the last month which means a couple of drinks - I need to get back into some routine but my arthritis is killing my feet have an appointment next week. I really should try swimming at the health club,

Well doing okay -
Yesterday - made the baked oatmeal with fruit for my mother - made mini legal meatloaf in a small 12 muffin pan - I put a lot of veggies and a little oatmeal was great. Made toasted chick peas.
I need some ideas for snacks.
Tonight I made a big thing of rice with chicken broth, portabella mushrooms, onions, water chestnuts, peppers and of course garlic. Not a bad dinner - 2 ounces of ground sirloin meatloaf and rice - My father even liked it.
I just wish someone would cook for me.

Not too bad of an eating day - Unfortuately I had to go to the dentist sat in the chair for 2 hours not fun - I had a crown and 2 fillings my mouth is killing - Made some great rice not too hungry tonight. The dentist nurse noticed I lost weight which was cool.Cooked for the parents as I do every night. Need to get back to a routine and figure out meal for them. I just am so tired of cooking every night = My mother is doing great - I am combine all phases for my mother and she is still losing. I so glad weekend is here.

Well the wedding was awesome - It was on the water and the weather was great. I got my hair and makeup and if I say so myself I looked great.
I don't think I gained but I am going to do Phase 1 durning the day and Phase 2 for dinner this week and wait until next week to weigh - in
Went to the farmers market outside of my work and bought a bunch of stuff - All the veggies smell so good I really need to go shopping for brown rice.
Here is what I did so far.
oatmeal
yogurt
sting beans
apple
cucumber
Probaly chicken and veggies tonight and make a big veggie soup for the week
