I am now on Day 4
Day 3 -
Yogurt-fruit
cellery-hummus
brown rice and veggies
Plum
green bean salad with egg whites
Toasted Chickpeas
Start of the weekend - I think will be tough because of barbeques and drinks
Started to off with at walk to the beach with my dog about 1.5 miles need to get my dog in shape too.
Today work brings in breakfast and one of my co workers asked me what I could eat and he brought a beautiful fruit salad.
So that is the start of my 4th day

Well made it through Day 2 and realize that the brown rice makes you full.
Made dinner for my father - grilled pork chops / potatoes and salad did not eat any of his. Made dinner for my mother egg whites veggie omelet (made extra for her so she can have some for breakfast) and grilled sweet pototes - She enjoyed - Made veggie soup for her for lunch tomorrow.

Brown Rice
Egg whites and some veggies
Just walked a little trying not to have a glass of wine

Well I did_ I ate salad with a little dressing and grilled veggies while everyone ate Pizza and drank coke. Hope I can keep up

Yesterday first full day -
Eggwhite omelet with veggies
Yogurt
Carrots/Celery with at little hot stuff
Veggie Soup
Vegeterian Chili with Brown Rice
Yogurt
Today I am going to try to do some fruit - Everyone is going to Bertucci's for lunch and I will have brown rice before I go so I won't be tempted with the Pizza and just have the salad
