Today - Bad allergy day
Took my father to the beach yesterday and walked about 3 miles left him with my dog and brought him a bagel and coffee. I can't believe I haven't had any bread. Leaving work early to take my neice to the bridal place for her bustle.
Going to try for the most part to do Phase 1 - I still may sneak some meat once in awhile.

Well I lost 2 pounds better than nothing - I am going to try to do Phase 1 for the most part this week. My 50th Birthday is the 13th and I know next weekend I plan on go out for Lobster and Champagne. So hopefully I won't gain that week - Well see

Well still not feeling well - I feel guilty about not walking but I overslept and have to many meetings to cancel work I do have to walk outside to my meeting about 20 minutes better than nothing

Well just met with my boss and I have a job until July 1, 2008 - So good news don't need to worry right away - Bad allergy day so I did not walk hopefully I will do something tomorrow

Weekend was a little crazy - I did okay though - Took my neice to get her hair done and was there for 3 1/2 hours so needless to say I didn't have anything to eat _ I bought her a sub and ended up eating the turkey from the inside. Very impressed did not eat any of the bread -
I lost 1 1/2 pounds - I guess better than nothing.
Didn't walk this morning Thunder and Lightening all morning pretty intense- Will go after work.
