Well didn't do to bad last night - I did have a Martini and didn't go off with food - I had Shrimp and Steak
I think I will start Phase 1 tomorrow and go from there
I am leaving work early and taking my neice to the hairdressers so she can try different hairstyles for her wedding (Sept 1st) That should be fun.
70 minutes on treadmill 15 minutes on stainary bike - To hot to walk beach this morning 80 degrees

Well today a little crazy walked around the neighborhood with the dog for 45 minutes - Took my mother to the doctors then went to work to find out the 80% of my group is getting laid off. I will know on Monday when my last day is - This really s*??*. I also feel like I haven't lost a thing even though my clothes are feeling okay.
I really just want to go out for a couple of drinks and lobster- I don't know I just might and go back full swing tomorrow

Walked the beach 4 miles today - My day is a little messed up and I don't feel like doing the bike today I really feel guilty but maybe I will take another walk tonight.

Tired of cooking for everyone made Chicken and pototes for dad

Walked the Beach did 13 miles on stationary bike
Cantaloupe

Pineapple/strawberries/blueberries
I am going to make crab cakes on the Forman Grill today - replace breadcrumbs with a little cereal - Looking forward to it hope it taste good

Walked 3 miles on the beach this morning- My dog is even getting in better shape - The weather was not to hot about 65 so it was perfect.
Rode Stationary bike for 1 hour 11 miles just to burn up more calories
