Thursday through Saturday--I overate. We had one Thanksgiving celebration on Thursday and another on Saturday. And, of course, on Friday I overindulged in left-overs and snacks. I was TRYING to be good, so I guess paying attention even a little bit was good. I think I ate less than I normally would have.
Sunday through Tuesday I behaved myself. I did have 2 glasses of wine last night, but other than that the worst thing I had was a piece of toffee Jeff's grandma made.
I didn't really lose any weight, but I didn't gain any either--so Thanksgiving was a success :)

I was a little bad this week (pizza on Friday and a burger on Saturday--and a few sips of my fiance's milkshake), but I wasn't that bad, so I am surprised that I gained any weight. I am even weighing myself a day early (as I am leaving town for Thanksgiving and will miss my normal weigh-in day). Well, at least it isn't very much. 0.2 is probably not a measure that stands up over time. Maybe if I weighed myself in another hour, I would be back down to 185. Who knows?
I just hope that I can behave myself over the Thanksgiving holiday. I might not lose any weight, but I really don't want to gain any!

This was a good week. I got to enjoy some things that I like, but I didn't overdo it, and I ended up losing a pound. I hope, as always, that I can keep this up. Only 20 more pounds to my goal :)

I weighed myself early--Monday--because of a doctor's appointment. I didn't want to hear their version of my weight--wearing shoes and clothes, after eating breakfast. So, I weighed myself, as usual, naked, first thing in the morning before eating.
Since then I haven't lost too much. It's only been 3 days, though, so any loss is good in that short amount of time. I just hope I can keep it up.
I was hoping to be 185 by November, and that didn't happen. So, hopefully, I can be in the 183-184 range by Thanksgiving and NOT GAIN over the holiday.
We'll see.

I'm trying to behave. Weighing myself more frequently might help. But, we'll see how I feel about that come my usual weight-in day on Thursday.
