Well, this week pretty much undid all of the progress I made last week. It's so easy to goof up. I don't think I was so awful as to gain two pounds, but that is what the scale says. I seem to be having a hard time getting anywhere too far away from 195.
I think next week I start having a bad week, I should just weigh myself and start the week over. Start my week on a different day and put the bad behavior behind me, otherwise I just consider the entire week a wash and don't improve the rest of it.

I really feel like this week is a bit of a wash, if not worse. I feel like I have totally backtracked and am not making any progress. I mildly sprained my ankle almost two weeks ago, and I am pretty sure it is strong enough to be running on again but haven't ran on it yet. I am walking almost every day, but I am not always walking that much. Every day this week I have eaten more than I am supposed to.
I feel out of a routine that was working and now feel gross and slovenly. Today wasn't too bad, but I still do stupid things. I think part of it is not getting enough sleep. I seem to want to snack more when I don't sleep as much. Is that something other people experience?

I'm really not looking forward to this week's weigh in on Friday morning. It's only Tuesday and I already dread it. This past weekend, 4th of July weekend, involved eating more than necessary. I didn't over eat in a really big way, but I did overeat, and it was kind of lousy weekend all around, so I think I am just compounding the whole issue with the fact that I overate and didn't even have fun.
Ugh.
Hopefully, I can stay the course for the rest of the week and at least not GAIN any weight. Maybe I can at least hold steady.

I was really good most of the week (except yesterday when an old college friend came to visit). I have been keeping track of everything I eat and am happy that results are showing. Even though I have only lost a few pounds, a few skirts that hadn't fit are now fitting again!
I'm excited to continue making progress but a little worried about this weekend as the 4th of July with my boyfriend's family tends to be a little heavy on treats.
