I haven't been paying as close attention to what I eat. I went on vacation for most of last week and got engaged. So, more alcohol than usual and restaurant food instead of homemade food. All in all, half a pound in gain seems okay given all the fun I had and my good news. Now, time to buckle down and get the weight off, especially now that I have a wedding to look good in!

I have been avoiding the scale. It seems that I will gain a pound one week, lose one the next, then gain and gain, then lose. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the courage up to step on the scale today to find that I hadn't gained weight.
Time to get back in the saddle.

Ugh. I thought this might happen. Last weekend I went to a wedding and camping. Since I've gotten back, I haven't gone for a full-blown grocery trip, so I haven't been eating as well at home either. And, yesterday, as if I hadn't already misbehaved enough, I went out to dinner and ate a lot of delicious food.
And, the weather has been either rainy or really hot, so walking has been less frequent than one would hope.
I need to get out of this funk. At least I only gained 1 pound.

I was worried this week (again). I visited my parents and grandparents this weekend, and they kept shoving food at me. I didn't want to be rude, especially to my grandparents, so I am sure I ate a larger quantity of food than I have been (but luckily it was mostly good for me food). But, I have been trying to avoid excess calories the rest of the week and done pretty well most of the time.
I am not, however, exercising enough. And, I am worried that much of the weight I am losing is muscle weight :(

I think I did okay this week. I was hoping just to stay where I was--we had guests this week and went out to eat. I tried to pick healthy options, but sometimes you just don't know all that is in the food, which makes it hard to calculate points.
For next week, I hope to get back to walking more regularly and to be more vigilant about staying within the proper point range.
