I've decided to modify my plan yet again. (I know, right?)
I will do a simple calorie cycling based on how busy I am. It is easier for me to eat less on days that I work, so I'll take advantage of that to allow for an easier to follow plan.
Average Week:
Mon: 2,000 Calories (8/HR Work Day)
Tue: 2,500 Calories (6/HR Work Day)
Wed: 2,500 Calories (6/HR Work Day)
Thu: 2,500 Calories (6/HR Work Day)
Fri: 2,000 Calories (8/HR Work Day)
Sat: 3,000 Calories (Free Day)
Sun: 3,000 Calories (Free Day)
Based on my personal 3100 TDEE I'll lose about a pound a week.
It may not be the optimal plan, it may not even be a good plan, but I'm hoping it'll be something I can adhere to more easily.

Losing 1.3 kg a Week

I am having a harder time following my diet as of late. It is not so much an unwillingness to do so or urges to eat foods that are not normally allowed as much as it is simply a string of events that are making life a bit more chaotic.
Excuses are excuses. Get the job done. ETC. I like the diet plan thus far, and I feel that it is working well, but the statistics are no longer valid after so many unexpected changes occurred. In the end of it all, as long as I'm progressing towards a healthier new me, I should be happy. I like numbers, analysis, and figuring out how things work. I'm mostly just disappointed that the data is now flawed. I will have to do it over again from scratch if I want the results to be reasonably conclusive.
I will likely, for the sake of convenience, just try a simple calorie reduction instead of all this macro shuffling. I will likely still try to maintain 1 gram of protein per 1 pound of lean body mass, but beyond that it won't be so specific. Perhaps a 40%/30%/30% Protein/Carb/Fat combination? We'll see. Any plan should work as long as I stick to it and keep with it.

Gaining 2.2 kg a Week
03 August 2016
I bought a bunch of food to cook and eat today, but then there was an assault at my work that forced me to go in for the day. It wasn't planned, but since I hadn't eaten anything all day I decided I'd let myself enjoy the deal they have on Wednesdays. It is an "estimate" of intake, but I'm fairly sure it is reasonably accurate within a couple hundred calories. Yesterdays intake was almost 1k less than planned I think, but it is hard to get a more accurate measurement as I didn't portion the food off. (I made a big meal and was supposed to eat half of it over each day yesterday and today, and I don't think I even ate more than 1/4 to 1/3rd of it. It just... didn't turn out well... too bland.)
With that said! That's OK. I'll chuck it up to a "unusual" situation and move on with it.

Gaining 3.5 kg a Week

"Progress Report"
7-16 237.8
7-20 234.1 - 3.7 Pounds (Water Weight!)
7-24 232 - 2.1 Pounds (Water Weight!)
7-28 231.6 - 0.4 Pounds//47" Waist (FAT!)
8-02 230.9 - 0.7 Pounds//46.75" Waist (FAT!)
On a less technical and more "happy dance" type of topic, a co-worker stopped me and asked. "Sean!? How much weight have you lost this month!? I can really see it!" To which I replied, "I'm up a pound, but my waist is down over an inch."
I'm going to switch away from full body measurements towards mostly waist measurements on a rotation basis. I'll do full body measurements monthly. As long as the waist line is going down consistently then I at least know I'm losing some weight. The muscle gains can't easily be measured since there is still some fat to lose in the areas I'm trying to gain muscle, so I may not see an increase in size. For that I should rely on pictures, but I'm stubborn and won't take any.
