Day 17: Lift Day (Rotation 5, Day 1)
I'm going to ease into today's exercise with some lower weights and higher reps. I think that might be needed as the shoulder just doesn't seem to like the higher weights and lower reps. It'll at least let me keep going while it heals.
It does feel better, though, but it is definitely not a regular sore muscle D:!
On the PLUS side, I hit my "mini-goal" of seeing the 230s again this week! I honestly was surprised, but I'll take it!

Well I worked my butt off this morning to get the job done as we had a technical failure that made it so we were basically down a man.
Not only did we get done with today's work EARLY, and catch up on work that was left for a later date because of said technical failure, but I actually FIXED the technical problem :D.
That makes me a happy camper. Other than the usual pain, I felt that my mental faculties were a lot less hazy than they sometimes on a day like that. The main difference was that I had a variety of supplements this morning, so I wonder if it was due to a deficiency of some kind. Will keep taking them. I've not been good about that, but mostly because I worry about my ulcer returning.

I'm now at the half way point through my new diet plan. I'm adding an additional low carb day before I restart the cycles as I had an extra low carb day before hand.
I'm hoping to see a 230.X next weigh in! We'll see! Anything lower than 231.6 will show progress.
I measured my abdomen and it was down to 46.75! Everywhere else was mostly the same or slightly larger, which lends me to believe that this may actually be working even if the scale isn't moving quickly in a downward fashion.
My stomach is where all of my fat is, so as long as that is shrinking that is a plus!

Day 16: Rest Day (Rotation 4, Day 4)
I'm thinking of adding an additional low carb day between the next rotation to make up for the extra carbs I had these last few days.
With what little data I have, I believe that I can infer that I am not completely filling my glycogen stores with my higher carb days, which means that I should not be suffering any "over spill" of glycogen into fat stores. I did definitely eat over my TDEE a couple of days, though, so there is that to consider too.
The new calculator I've been using is definitely way over estimating my TDEE with all of the water weight fluctuations. I deleted the first rotation of data and that has allowed for the calculations to be much more in line with the expected results.
