I believe I've finally hit a wall with the dieting. I'm not seeing the results I'd like and it is making it harder to not waiver from my diet plans.
I'm going to take a hiatus from the dieting for weight loss and move towards a maintenance lifestyle for a while. I've made a lot of progress and want to continue towards weight loss, but I'm burned out on weighing every single item every single day, making sure I get just enough macros and etc.
I'll continue to weigh and measure as it is the only way to know for sure what I'm eating, but I'm starting to hate scales.
The next couple of weeks will be hell for me even without all of the restrictions.

Hello fellow FatSecreteers! I did a bad thing yesterday and ended up going well over my calorie count. I'm over 20 hours fasted now and have started to make something for my meal for today. I will allow myself some sunflower seeds later if I feel "hangry", but I do not expect to exceed 1,000 calories today.
On top of that, I'll be staying up later today and sleeping in, so I'll have another 20+ hour fast again.
I have been considering returning to the Keto diet because of the difficulties I have been having with cravings, but I'm thinking that the true problem is that I have not been properly prepared. It is one thing to fast from 6 PM to 1-3PM the next day when I sleep and work most of that time, but if I get home with nothing ready to eat I am more inclined to "binge". I need to have something decently prepared so that I can at least have something to work with.

Gaining 6.4 kg a Week
17 August 2016
Starting the day off with some eggs cooked in a little butter. I haven't had that in a while, and should probably include more eggs considering the need for protein and their effect on my satiety.
I head out in about 20 minutes to work in a new office for the day. I picked up some extra hours and am helping out an office in need, so I can see that as a win-win. I admittedly didn't want to get out of bed, but sometimes you have to do what you don't want to do!
Dealt with cravings pretty badly yesterday so I decided I could eat up to maintenance if needed. I'm not actually sure if I felt hunger or if something else is up with my stomach; I've been having some issues down there as of late, likely due to the diet change.
Time to finish getting ready and to head out!

Gaining 1.9 kg a Week
16 August 2016
I have been feeling a bit "slow" these last couple of days. I'm thinking there might be a deficiency of some kind as I haven't been taking my vitamins these last few days. It is also true that I have been getting up earlier and working longer, but this is a heavy brain fog that just won't go away. I ended up breaking my fast as soon as I got up because I simple felt that I needed some type of boost and then even had a snack part way through the work day.
It won't hurt my progress in all reality, but I hate making such detours when I have set a plan in action. It is very reassuring to see the weight drop back down so quickly after this weekend. More people at work have been chatting with me about how they're trying to lose weight and what they're doing and asking what I did. I feel the best advice I can give them is that you have to get back on the right path after breaking off. That is what will help you succeed in my experience. The point is to get healthy, not to hate your life. Change things incrementally and adapt as time goes on.

Losing 11.7 kg a Week
15 August 2016
Well I lost that battle last night. I ended up peaking to maintenance calories and a little more. I've gotten that out of my system, but boy oh boy did that water weight explode. Not surprising considering I ate a watermelon... o_o;;;;
Might have slowed my progress in the short term but I worked that out of my system. A lot of foods I've been craving. Even though I allow carbs I have been avoiding processed carbs like breads and cereals, which some of my favorite foods include... so eventually it hits a critical mass and I splurge... usually after hitting an all time low.
That is a pattern, which isn't great, but I can understand why. I will try to refrain from the splurging until I can see the 210s. I will better plan for this weekend so that I can avoid eating too many calories.
