Burned 1,023 calories between constant housework - nearly 5 hours (mopping vacuuming, running up and down stairs, etc. and dog walk.
Rather than take advantage of a good deficit with a healthy/sensible meal, decided to reward myself with Dominoes Brooklyn style cheese pizza. Had 4 pieces.
Scale was unchanged. Had I NOT had that pizza, maybe would have lost a pound but I guess you have to reward yourself once in a while. That is first pizza in over a month. Would not have done that if I had not burned so many calories.

Good spin class with Victoria. Max. heart rate at 91 %. Didn't let it stay there long. (35 min. fat burn 52 min. fitness.)
Re: Weight training, I keep forgetting to set my HR monitor when I do the weight training so am using FS estimate. It may be closer to real amt. anyway as your body continues to burn fat/calories after you stop which HR monitor does not reflect. Don't know why I can't remember to do that.
Walked pooch 41 min. Nice weather.

Tried some steel cut oatmeal (made with fat free milk) mixed with non-flavored whey powder. Normally I love my oatmeal. But this non flavored whey made it icky! I'm having to force it down to avoid wasting it. I could lose a LOT of weight if I had to eat like this! :)
The non flavored whey didn't really change the flavor/taste but it did change the texture. I put in a full scoop after it was cooked since I figured it wouldn't be good to cook the whey. It now has a texture that is not good. Not gritty but just icky. Next time will try a third scoop. Would give a little protein without ruining it. If I can manage to eat this bowl, I will get 26 grams of protein from the whey and what ever you get with the milk and oatmeal.

Was not able to go to gym last 2 days but in spite of that am down on scale.
New low - almost 203 (203 2/10). Glad about that!!
Hope to get back to gym today. Will see how I feel and if cough is better. Getting rid of a seasonal cold.
