I went ahead and put in my planned dinner for tonight so I know now, middle of day, what my calorie total minimum will be. I am less likely to go over my deficit that way. Every year when the season changes and the colder weather starts, my body screams MORE FOOD! Must be some prehistoric built in survival instinct to build up fat for winter. :)

1956 total calories yesterday. Not much of a deficit there to help with weight loss in spite of a tough spin class. My quads really felt they had been worked hard when I awoke. Hadn't had that in ages.
Will try to cut more calories today. I was just sooo hungry yesterday! Ate a lot less than I felt like eating! So in that sense, I guess I did pretty good. :)
EDIT: I forgot about the 2 crab cakes with dinner. That definitely put me out of deficit (2136). ouch!! No wonder scale didn't move.
