Had only 970 calories yesterday to make up for my nearly 3K slip Sunday. Not sure you can do this with any success; starve one day to make up for another day but I did drop back to 209 and about 2/10. Will add a few calories today but keep dinner light again. Increased weights so I probably need more protein.
weird thing: fat percentage went back to where it was before my slip. I really don't understand that!!

Did good until end of day. Last night, after a healthy dinner then later had a thin frozen pizza.
No exercise yesterday other than housework to help with the extra calories. Sabotaged myself.
Sunday evenings seem to be bad for me. That's the only day I don't go to gym. Weird thing, fat % actually went down to
34.9
on Omron for first time this morning. Skin fold still at 18mm (31). Feel the muscles in legs from the increased weights. I will continue that method of weight training.
Plan to eat very light today to make up for yesterday.

Stayed within calorie deficit and Gained 1/2 pound!! Grrr.
Last couple of days have changed weight lifting to less reps with heavier weights so am wondering if the added weight might be muscle. Can feel more muscles in legs.
Omron fat % is lowest morning reading I've had so far!

Acuu measure Skin fold caliper (sacroiliac) reading is 18 mm or 31 % which is unchanged from yesterday.
Wasn't planning to go to gym today but now am thinking I will. Shouldn't obsess over what the scale shows when I know I stayed within my calorie deficit and fat percentage actually went down for first time but I still do! :0
