Gained a couple of pounds. I had pizza last Friday but can't believe that's still hanging on! Exercised all weekend. Couldn't do my spin classes because of some conflicts. But still got my weight training done and had some intense walks with hills, etc. So this extra weight should not be there now!! Frustrating!!

Had 3/4 of a frozen pizza. Figured I'd be in maintenance territory or less. Scale was up this morning. Hoping for a more accurate weigh in tomorrow. Every time I reach a new low, I seem to give myself permission to cheat. Then am sorry I did. Oh well, what's done is done. Will try to do better. :(

Dropped about a pound in spite of eating too many salty nuts. (Found my husband's stash) Had a wicked spin class which burned nearly 600 calories which helped me stay within a slight deficit.

Did not go to gym today. Just felt sense of dread going out to gym today. Weird. Walked my dog twice as far to make up for it.

New Low!
Yippee!
Was just so tired yesterday. After doing a little housework (skipped gym) and walking my poodle several blocks, seeing that I had burned the equivalent to a day at spin class, I gave myself permission to be a couch potato from late afternoon to evening. Watched some silly movies. Had my dinner in small sessions, first soup, then an hour later my salad then an hour or so after that, my fish & rice. That way wasn't tempted to snack on extra calories. Sundays are usually the evenings that I cheat then have to work extra hard the coming week to make up for the cheating. Feel good that I was good last night.
New week & hoping to wave good bye to another half pound or more.
Just figured my weight loss from 8/25 to today (10 weeks):
Averaging 1.25 lbs per week.
Not sure if that would be different from June when I actually started trying. But I have read that more than 1 lb a week is not really recommended.
