I just made a big mistake, today, that I rarely make, and was a momentary lapse in judgement. I bought a package of smoked sausages, because they looked good, and I liked the price. The mistake was, I didn't read the nutrition label, until I got home. These things weigh in at 5 grams of carbs per sausage. It would have been worth the extra money to buy sausages with only 1 or 2 grams of carbs per sausage. I don't think I'll be making that mistake again. Oh well, they better be darned good with that many carbs. LOL :-)

I haven't recorded a journal entry, or anything in my food diary, in a about a week, and though I've slipped up, here and there, I'm back on track. Have a great weekend everyone. :-)

Tomorrow should be Frittata Friday, but it won't be. I can't get away from the urge to try a Jimmy John's "Unwich". I've heard about them, and even checked out Jimmy John's menu, for the carb count; I may not get them often, but I will definitely be getting one tomorrow. :-)
