Not following any particular diet...just trying to eat more healthy. Loss of 0.2 this week. Not much, but it IS a loss.

Did not weigh myself this morning so, I am starting all over tomorrow.
I plan to follow a more vegetarian life style. I understand it is healthier for my joints, immune system and my heart.
Big problem, I really DO NOT like vegetables. Maybe, I'll grow accustomed to them as the days go by.
I really hope this helps my LUPUS and overall, I also lose weight. I want to get down to a healthier lifestyle of eating properly and walking daily.
Calculated my protein needs for a person wanting to weigh 132 lbs. The amount of protein I need per day is ~60 grams.

Following WW points plus plan...not working! Been under 33 points per day average (Can have up to 36 per day average) Gained weight all this week.
Going to try 1200 calorie diet and forget about the points. Probably gonna starve :(

I just had the BEST salmon burger from Kroger's. It was purchased frozen from their fish department. Pan fried it and put it on a bun.....Fabulous! Wish i could afford the WW points to have another.
(Burger only 5 points but the bun was 7 points)

Its Thursday (4th day) and I am doing well following WW here at fat-secret. I have tracked all my meals, figured how to add my fruits and vegetables w/o points, and stayed under 1500 calories.
Would like to stay under 1400 calories but I am having a coffee with heavy cream and that adds 100 points to my diet calendar. I am enjoying this little treat like a dessert. I normally drink my coffee black but the decaf, that I drink at night, is stale and the cream and splenda makes it taste oh so good.
Have not stepped on the scale since Monday. I weighed 172.2 that day. I will re-weigh on Sunday. I hope to be less than 170 pounds. Fingers crossed. :)
