Day 3:
Went to sleep by 10:30 last night. A very necessary rest. Got up at 6:30 am. Had a cup of coffee. Heading for the elliptical in the next 5 minutes for my 30 minute workout.
Busy day today - 2 doctors appointments
Lunch with a friend that I haven't seen in years.
Then, picking up my new orthotics. Hope they fit well.

Day 2:
Slept horribly. Body aches all over. Not sure if it is from yesterday's 30 minutes on the elliptical or the inflammatory disease.
Alarm set for 6:30am, up at 7:00 am. Need to get in that 30 minute session of exercise before my physical therapy appointment this morning at 9:30am. It is now 7:46. Still hurting but I will exercise as soon as I finish my coffee. :)

Starting today - August 6th, 2012 -
I WILL lose 40 lbs in the next 42 weeks. I will exercise each day I go to school. Beginning August 13th through May 31st, 2013
I WILL lose 20 lbs by December 31st, 2012 and I WILL lose the remaining 20 lbs by Memorial Day, May 27th, 2013.
I WILL record, to the best of my ability, the type and amount of food I eat. I will stay under 1400 calories.
I WILL get up earlier to exercise each morning for at least 30 minutes.
This is my commitment to myself!
Day 1:
Got up at 6;30 am. On the elliptical at 6:55 am. I did 30 minutes of good, strong exercise. No school today - school starts officially for me next Monday, August 13th.
Off to shower (already 8 am).
Breakfast - 1 serving oatmeal, 14 grams raisins.
Lunch - 1 cup chicken chili, 1 apple
Snack - pretzels, cheese dip, spinach/artichoke dip (Damn you Larry)
Dinner - chicken breast stuffed with asparagus and sun dried tomatoes, asian vegetables with cashews and pasta, sweet corn, coffee, pound cake (DYL)
Snack - More pretzels, cheese dip, pound cake (Damn you Larry)
Did not get in a second exercise. Definitely ate TOO much (DYL)
