Would have liked to have lost more but I need to realize that Rome was not built in a day and it took years to get to this weight. If it takes a year to lose it, I am building better eating habits in the process.

1/17/11 - 1/24/11 3136 net calories down - 1.6 lb loss for this week.

Went to Bravo! to celebrate our 29th Wedding Anniversary. I ate 1/2 order of Penne Mediterranean, 1/2 order ravioli, 1/2 bowl of black bean soup, 1/2 house salad, 1/2 vanilla Gelato. 1/2 bottle of wine, 4 slices of bread and dipping oil. Hubby and I shared EVERYTHING. Not a good way to diet. In the past I would have ate the full order of everything except the wine. I am making progress. This was the only day out this week and my only terrible meal. Hopefully, the scale will be kind to me tomorrow.
Last week- Monday 175.2
This week - Monday - hope to drop at least 1 pound. Fingers crossed until tomorrow!

Home all day. Nice dinner but still hungry. Had some pretzel nuggets. Hopefully, that will satisfy me for the rest of the night.

Great week. 3 pound loss even with going out to dinner 3 times this week. Counted almost every calorie (except Sunday dinner at Flemings). Six out of seven days, I had a net deficit for my RDI. Very happy with this loss. On to week 2!
