So far, I have not weighed myself this week. That is my biggest obstacle. I celebrate, by eating, when I do well on the scale. And, I console myself, with food, when I do not do very well on the scale.

8:30 am Breakfast: 1 whole grain, 6 oz protein, 1/2 fruit
9:00 - 9:30 Walk 1.3 miles, 139 cals burnt
12:30 Lunch
100 g tilapia
30 g tartar sauce
2 cups broccoli
5:30 Dinner
4 oz Turkey Taco Filling
1 Ole High Fiber Tortilla
1 TBS sour cream
1 oz 2% milk cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups broccoli
6:00 - 6:30 Walk 1.3 miles. 26:46 minutes, 105 cal's
Snack 9:30
1'2 CM vanilla Yogurt
1 oz Ezekiel Golden Flax Cereal
Total calories 1031
64+ ounces of water

Today I have been going all out, pretty much eating whatever I want. Not a good way to lose weight.
Breakfast:
2 eggs fried in butter
2 Morningstar sausage patties
2 homemade pancakes
Lunch:
McDonald's Deluxe Angus 1/3rd pounder
And, it just got worse from here.
