오늘 운동가서 인바디 잴 예정인데 작은 변화라도
있었으면 🙏🏻
+ 허닭 스팀 닭가슴살 (고추맛) 대존맛...치킨 안 시켜먹어도 될 듯

공복 유산소 운동 1시간
필라테스 50분 (터덜터덜 털리고 돌아왔다)
다이어트하면서 더 잘 챙겨먹는 느낌..
너무 잘 챙겨먹어서 체중감량 더딘 느낌 🙄
맞는 거 같아...........
