탄수화물없이 심심한 음식만 먹으니
자극적인게 땡겨서 요 며칠 흰밥에 양념 듬뿍 든걸로
식사했어요. 오늘 몸이 좀 부운 느낌이지만(살인가?)
체중은 그대로네욧. 꺄!
점심부터는 가볍게 먹으며 다시 힘내봐야지!
+ 항정살 약 200g
+ 표고버섯 1개 + 비엔나 소시지 3개
+ 양배추볶음100g
+ 로메인 + 파마산치즈 약간 + 발사믹 식초
