Day 10 of Whole 30 and body has adjusted to the new food plan. Zero weight loss from yesterday but fully expected.
The rules are not to weigh every day but for Daily Accountability I do. I am going to stay off the scale now until Sunday evening at the end of this DA session. See what happens.

Day 9 of Whole30, weight loss slowing down now, I am entertaining friends for lunch today so planning ahead to stay on plan.

Completed 7whole days of Whole30, can’t believe yet that I didn’t cheat. 8 lbs in one week! We know that’s just the kickstart and it will slow down. Mostly water and toxin buildup being sloughed off so now the ‘real’ fat has to be attacked. My thought is that I am only eating whole food, nutritious, and skipping the additives, preservatives and hidden sugar so my body is content and ready to let go of the fat. The trick is lots of sleep and 60-80ounces os water per day (includes tea, coffee and some juice) .

Day 7 Whole30. 7.5 lbs in one week. A record for me. Really missed crackers, cheese and wine, but I got busy finishing projects around the house to distract myself. I can’t believe I got through 7 days without even one little cheat! It’s a New Year and it feels like I turned a corner.
My ex-husband is in really poor health and I told our daughter I would be the healthy parent she doesn’t have to worry about. It’s my motivation.
