Having issues with my cortisol and insulin levels. Until I get these under control, I will have trouble losing weight. Muscle tone getting good and I am working hard in the gym.

The weight is coming off slowly, but the inches are dropping fast. High protein, lower carb diet and weight training 5 days a week. I feel great. Joints not sore anymore. Feel limber and light. I don't miss the milk and bread so much. I do occasionally have some bread, but very limited. The only concern I have is that my fasting BG is higher than my non fasting BG. BP has dropped 10 pts on the bottom end...now maybe I can drop a BP med.....sweet!

Broke through 260. The lightest I have been in 3 yrs plus....whoot!

This is the lowest I have been in a couple years. This diet and weight training routine is shredding my body. lost 2 pant sizes. Starting to look really good. Definitely seeing some definition.
