Added the cardio in the morning last week. Working hard, eating well. added a few more carbs to the diet seems to keep my energy up. Sleep is still a concern.

Even after a week at an all inclusive I was able to maintain my weight. Goal for me for the end of April is 245 lbs and 15% body fat. I know I have the right formula now.....just have to do it now!

The supplements and reduced workoad on my weight routine seem to be paying off. I feel great and am shedding some fat, down 2% over the past two weeks. Even my BP and blood glucose seem to be doing very well. nothing like good news to motivate me even more.
