Started an insulin resistance stack last Friday and keeping grains and starchy carbs off my plate. Feels like I am leaning out!

Finished the cleanse last week and have kept the weight off so far.
Gonna start back in the gym today and am keeping clean from gluten, wheat and sugar. High protein, fibrous veggies and lots of water are on the menu.
Keeping the supps going in a simpler form.....EPH, multi, magnesium, B12, Vit D.
Clothes fitting even looser!

So am halfway through a cleanse set up by my nutritionist. Its a Poliquin estrogen cleanse and it isn't too difficult to do, although its a lot of shakes and suppliments. Through 4 days I have shed 6 pounds and I notice a lot less inflammation.
I've also been walking a lot lately to supplement the weight training. I am, however, looking forward to real food again on the weekend!

I haven't been recording my food intake, but I have been closely following what I was doing previously. I have higher intake of protein and vegetables, no grains and cut back sugar and gluten. Increased water intake and am working out 4 to 5 times a week on a new programme from my personal trainer. I am still losing some inches from my waist and am getting much more defined in my physique. Progress is slow, but its steady for sure.
