Bad night. Couldn't go to exercise class because needed to do some work yesterday before contractor was to come early this AM. After missing my class, only then found out contractor not coming until next week! Very frustrating. Just had an annoying afternoon yesterday overall so last night indulged in a cheese pizza. Mad at myself. Didn't need it. Why did I do that? So scale tipped up but its before morning bm and probably retaining lot of fluid. Didn't get 8 hours sleep either. Going to try to make a 9AM spin class to make up for it and then take another one tonight. Busy day in between. Not sure I really understand this business of fat burn vs. fitness training. Doing housework, I stay in "fat burn" mode. During exercise I stay in "fitness level" according to my new heart monitor calorie gizmo. Need to learn what that means.

Had big calorie deficit even though no significant exercise yesterday and weight is still same which is up 2 lbs. My clothes are fitting looser. My caloric intake yesterday (1045) was under the min. recommended (1200). I shouldn't let scales upset me so much but they do!
