I am doing ok. That's all I got for today. No enthusiasm, no desire to eat or not eat. Tired and my hands, neck/shoulders, knees and feet are achy inside. Still at 240, which is better than gaining, but not as good as losing. Being healthy = meh.

Looking back at the first few days working with this app on my phone and then looking into the site, I can see/hear the enthusiasm and excitement I had just little over a week ago. Man, I wish I could sustain that energy and drive to do better for myself. I want to lose weight, but I love to eat. I have been trying different recipes and that is helping, but I still love and want to cook like I want. I sound like a whiny baby about this. . . something's gotta give, most likely my attitude or I will be this weight forever. I can't really decide if I am all that unhappy up here though. I would love to be thinner, for sure, but I don't know how much of this I can take! I can't do it on my own and I get pissed when I see my family eat whatever and however much of whatever they want. This is supposed to be a cutback and make better choices kind of deal, be healthier and maybe take off a few pounds in the process. . .or am I just telling myself that in order to continue doing whatever I want to do? :o/

Could have done without the SCMICS last night, or the redvines, but I still came in under my RDI, so mission accomplished. Started out today with Starbucks White Choc. Peppermint Mocha. Too sweet and not as enjoyable as the calories it took up. But, a nice treat, not an everyday thing now. Headed back down on the scale. i have the next two days off from work, so I need to plan dinners, etc. for the coming week and weekend with the girls. If I plan, I will do better than I did last STNW. Planning is always the key to any success that I have. Lack of planning = overeating and self-indulgent, self-sabotage. I also need to get moving more. This snowy weather is really hampering my desire to move, but not my ability to make excuses. :o/
