still dropping at a steady pace! yay me!!! helped grace get started on this app so she can get control of her eating while she is on rest. i hope it works for her the way it is working for me. i know it will get harder the smaller i get but that is ok!

down 5 lbs this week and i feel good about that. it is so much easier to control myself and make thoughtful choices when i m writing everything down. i think it is better practice for me to do this without a "diet" plan because i feel more in control of what i can and cannot have; or what i WILL and WILL NOT have. This is my journey and i m happy about that.

Love this app! Especially the barcode scanner; makes staying accoumtable sooo much easier. lord knows i need easy somewhere a long the way. down 4 lbs. in a week. just going to work increases my activity significantly from just resting. go gina! keep.up the good work! keep having a plan and cooking dinner it cuts down on takeout and overeating at dinner
