Yikes. Thursday I had a lot of things going on and I kind of went over board with the eating. I was on my last leg of grading the new york state regents and bought some bags of candy to eat while I graded. Yikes. Then a group of my after school kids had to present at a function in the city and I just kept on eating the free hors d'Oevers. They were really good. I was standing a lot. I was walking a lot. I ended up cancelling my gym plans and my social plans when I got home. I thought it was because I was tired but looking at all the food I ate it might have been my body reacting to the junk. No self hate here. It happened I am moving on. I just need to be more careful next time.

My boyfriend told me I look like an asparagus. I am a straight line with little bumps. This is a step up from eggplant which is what he lovingly called me before. He is still my little tomato :)

Feeling great. I bumped into a few people from my past recently and they all commented on how much I changed. Made me think it might be time to post a before and after picture. My eating has been fine because I got it out of my head that I have to eat 1500 calories a day to lose weight. I just have to make sure I burn more calories than I consume and it is much easier to stick that when I say its ok to eat 2600 calories. Grading regents all day so have been sitting down. I have a busy day today. Might need to hit the gym super early to get my workout in.

Ate fairly well yesterday but didnt go lifting like I had planned. I went this morning but I feel a little out of sorts. I think I am coming down with something. Im glad that I went to the gym this morning because I have a lot of stuff to do for work: grading, cleaning out the animal tanks, updating my grades on virtual gradebook. I think I will get out at 7pm tonight.
Spin tomorrow morning with lifting in the evening (legs and shoulders), thats the plan at least.
