Ate way too much today. Its fine tomorrow is another day and I start my eating plan that put together after reading an article about the appropriate diet for weight loss and muscle gain.

I can have a total of 2600 calories a day. I need to have 160 grams of protein a day which is about 640 calories. I can have 86 grams of fat a day. 1180 calories of my diet can be from carbs which is about 295 grams of good carbs. http://www.acaloriecounter.com/diet/ helped make these calculations. We will see if it works.

Wow who knew Quinoa had so many calories and carbs. My boyfriend made it and I had two bowls and then bam I was over my calorie intake for the day. The sad part is I wasnt even hungry. I hit the gym right afterwards and just did circuit training for legs and shoulders. I have spin tomorrow in the AM. So hopefully I can undo some of the bad that I did today. Dinner is always where I mess up. I need to start making some rules about what I can eat and when. If I want to see results I need to be more strict. I also need to stop buying cheese. So many calories and I like it too much to just have a little.
