Kind of took it easy today. Yesterday was a load day so thought it would be best to have a full day of rest. Plan on spinning tomorrow. I have another load day on Monday.

Yesterday was my off day and I just went over board with the food. I should just not cheat when it comes to food. It even effects me today. I was at a meeting today and they ordered pizza, I had that plus my regular meal. Lesson: no more cheat days with food. I just cant handle it yet. One cheat meal maybe.
