Directions
- Pour pineapple with juice into bowl.
- Add pudding mix and stir well.
- Fold in whipped topping, like Cool Whip.

i love this, it's quick easy and very good, most people don't know its diet if you don't tell, i like it with pistachio pudding but it works well with alot of flavors.
