Morining all,
Today is the start of healthier eating! I am going to do my darndest to do the 9 days of detox from FS but that is sooooo long to go without meat and treats:) I have to keep reminding myself that 9 days is a relatively short time to sacrifice and I shouldn't whine! I got a huge thng of benefiber powder at costco to add to my oatmeal, soups and juices. It is great since it blends completely and you don't notice it's in there. I was able to get in 45 grams of fiber yester day and I am hoping to keep it up:) Most of my fiber is coming from food but it is nice to have the little boost of help.
I am also starting my workouts again today and I am not feeling too motivated but I know I can't keep putting it off. I know it's because it has been a few weeks since doing a workout and I need to just get back in the groove of things. I will just have to start with one of my shorter favorites and work up from there.

Morning everyone!
I am starting my program of exercise and Fat Smashing tomorrow. I have been fairly good with my eating since I got back but not great so I am going to really apply myself. I am just over 159 and I want to FINALLY get down to 145. 14 pounds, I can do it:) I rwad a great artical about fiber and how taking in enough can help you feel fuller and lose weight. My goal is to also monitor how much I take in everyday and eat atleast 45 grams a day. I am pretty good about it right now but I need to do better. I also have to watch the water and get back into the habit of drink bunches.
i am still unsure whether I will do FS or EFS so I will have to do a little reading and decide which is the right fit for me. Have a great day everyone!

Hey all,
I am pretty sluggish still from the jetlag but I am hoping I will feel more energized tomorrow and get back to my workouts. If I put it off too much longer, it'll be a month later before I know it:) I have been eating clean since I got back, though not following EFS yet. My DH goes out of town on Tuesday for a few weeks so I figure I will start cycle 1 when he leaves. Until then, I will make healthy meals and keep it clean. Have a great weekend everyone!

HELLO EVERYONE!
I am back from my trip and soooooo happy to be home with my girls. The trip was amazing and the food was awesome. I ate what I wanted but I did keep it in moderation with lots of water. We also did walk ALOT! We walked 8 1/2 miles the first day alone and by the end of the trip we put in over 60 miles of walking!
I didn't want to weigh in right away because I knew I would be retaining water from the long flight and not eating right but I decided to suck it up and see where I was at. To my delight I am actually down half a pound! I am hoping by keeping up lots of water and eating as clean as possible, I will be down even less. Jet lag is tough right now so I am going to give myself a couple of days of just cleaning and running arround before I start up the workouts again. I am super motivated, especially since I didn't dig myself into a hole, woo-hoo! I now have to catch up on everyone's posts to hear how you all are doing:)

Hey all,
Sorry I haven't checked in a a few days but I am super busy getting everything ready for the big trip. I can't believe the day is finally here! The plan is to have a great time, enjoy, then when I get home, I am going to got on the original FS to detox. After the first nine days I'll weigh in and see where I am at and either go to phase 2 or do EFS. I hope everyone has a great couple of weeks!
