Hey all,
Today was a rest day exercise wise. I am super sore ffrom the past two days of workoing out, ouch. Good ouch though. I am going to Friday's tonight with my MIL and daughters. I went to the grocery store today and bought all I need to start Phase 1 of Fat Smash tomorrow. I have never done the original Fat Smash before, just Extreme Fat smash, so I think it may be just what I need to get off this plateau and lose some weight. I am feeling very positive i can do it and I have a great plan in place for what to eat. The only thing is my husband is supposed to come home on Monday so I have to warn hime NOT to take me off track. So I guees I will weigh in tomorrow and not again until Phase 1 is over. Wish me luck:)

I did another workout first thing this morning. I worked out for an hour and ended up burning just over 750 calories. The scale was up a little this am which reminds me I need to stop jumping on it every morning. It was also up bicause I weighed in after dinking a big glass of water, eating breakfast, and exercising, duh. It is so hard to resist, I need to put it away again and bring it put once a week for weigh ins.

Well, I got off my fanny and did a workout today, Tae Bo, and burned over 600 calories in the 45 min workout. I feel great and can't wait to keep it up, which is a great feeling. My eating is still doing very well and I am hoping to keep it up along with my exercising. I seem to have trouble doing them at the same time. I either eat great and slack on the exercise, or exercise like a fiend and eat alot. I really feel like I can do it this time, especially since I am so close and just want to be there already. Wish me luck:)

I finally weighed in today and was relieved to see 158.5, woo-hoo. A couple of weeks ago I weighed in at 163 and I was super bummed. It looks like my High fiber/ Fat Smash plan is working for me even if I haven't been doing my workout DVD's. Good Stuff! I am hoping now the scale will continue to go down, especially when I add my workouts again:)

Morning everyone,
Today was a fun trip to Target with my 2 year old. A definite favorite for us both. She insisted on walking today and randomly took off running about 2 dozen times. I was a huffing, puffing, and sweating mess by the time I got home and got everything put away. Thanks for the intense workout, little one:) For some reason my body hasn't wanted to workout this week. I decided that rather than fighting it or feeling guilty, I will try to up my activity in other ways this week and rededicate myself starting Monday. Once I get the plan together and a goal, I get super motivated.
