Very happy with my continued progress (0.4 lbs/day this whole week!). Did my w2d2 of 100 pushups yesterday, and today I get to finish off w2d3 of c25k and w2d2 of 200 situps!
Food cravings are becoming challenging, but I'm making it through. I'm also a little worried I'm not more sore from my exercise. I'm not sure whether it's from not working hard enough or the fact that the programs move at a gradual enough pace that it doesn't push myself to the max every time.

Did my run yesterday on a treadmill (w2d2). I didn't enjoy it nearly as much as running outside, and I feel like I didn't go quite as fast since I'm not used to it. I was sweating like crazy though so that's a plus. Also did my situps at night (w2d1). I finished fine, but I have a feeling I was doing something wrong since I wasn't real sore after (I also didn't come up quite as far as I did in the past since the site says 35 degrees is enough).
Today, I need to do my pushups (w2d2) when I get home from work. Going out to dinner/trivia tonight which is going to be a real challenge to eat properly. Last night, I was way under my calorie target so I made a "dutch baby". It was much better than I expected and I basically splurged and got to the 1400 by eating 1/3 of it.

Unfortunately was unable to do c25k w2d2 yesterday, but I did do my w2d1 of 100 pushups. It was very dreary/drizzly/rainy when I got home yesterday, but today, I'm going to do it when I get home or at the treadmill at work. I'm a little scared of the fact that I skipped yesterday. I know inside it was not entirely because of the rain (I also got distracted working on another project), but I am ensuring this doesn't become any sort of a habit.
Also need to do 200 situps w2d1 today. Should be a challenge.
Still, I am very excited about my weight loss. 3.6 pounds in 8 days is very exciting, and I hope I can keep it going!

As expected, I went up in weight from yesterday as I wasn't dehydrated this morning. Still very excited about the overall progress though.
Not sure why my weight for yesterday didn't get recorded. Finished w1d3 of 200 situps yesterday. I hope I can actually finish the situps and pushups in the end. It's going to be tough.
Today planning on doing w2d2 of c25k and w2d1 of 100 pushups. It's raining this morning so I might have to fight the weather today.
