Finally into the 191's - one step closer to the 180s! My run yesterday (w3d2) wasn't quite as tiring, and I did the situps very well (w3d2). My arm is still sore so I'm a little nervous about the pushups today (w3d3). I might put them off a day as I'm a little bit ahead of schedule right now, but we'll see.

Did my w3d2 of 100 pushups yesterday. Have to defer the running (w3d2) to today because of the rain (which will hopefully let up, it still hasn't stopped). Also going to do my w3d2 of 200 situps.
Followed diet very well, and the pushups were agonizing, but I'm very proud of myself since I did 100 total pushups yesterday! Never thought a few weeks ago I would have been able to do that.

Did my w3d1 of 200 situps yesterday, and I need to do my w3d2 of c25k and 100 pushups. That is very exciting I'm making progress on those and still following them.
I'm a little disappointed by my latest weight loss. I'm sure it's just fluctuations that I had expected, but it's a little depressing to see weight gain when working hard to follow a diet and workout routine.

Did not keep track of my weight over the weekend because I had an odd schedule, and I didn't trust any readings. I weighed 191.6 last night. I tried to eat well too without recording anything, and with the exception of Saturday, I think I hit everything fine (there was a potluck with food around the world and then dinner at my parent's). Even on Saturday, I chose pretty good foods and didn't overeat at all, and I didn't snack outside of the meals.
I did do my w2d3 of 200 situps (moved to Column 2 for w3d1), w3d1 of c25k, and w3d1 of 100 pushups (Column 3 again).
Today I gotta do my w3d1 of 200 situps and get back in the groove. I'm disappointed by my weight loss over the weekend, but I hope it's just a temporary setback.

Woke up late and didn't take a shower first thing this morning, so I'm not weighing in today.
Going to do my w2d3 of 100 pushups today! Yesterday's run and situps went very well though.
