No loss today, but I'm OK with that since I keep expecting it to go up or something. Still heading down the right track so that's a plus.
Will try again for pushups today. We'll see. My run and situps went well yesterday, but situps about killed me. Almost done with week 4, and almost halfway through the program.

In the 180s!! Can't type for long because I have to get back to work, but I was dying to log this one. Still couldn't do pushups last night and didn't get a chance to stand much yesterday at work, but tonight I've got w4d2 of c25k and 200 situps. Looking forward to killin' it. I have a little fear my weight loss might be due to some muscle loss I had gained in pushups, but I don't feel like there's much I can do with that right now.

My weight was low today! I think it's probably a fluke, but maybe not! Doing to try and do my pushups w3d3 again today, but I might not be able to. My run yesterday went very well and do did my situps!

Did my w4d1 run and am about to sit down and do w4d1 of situps. Broke the diet yesterday for the party, but I didn't totally gorge myself. Three beers at night though (delicious!) and some pretzels. I miss having lots of good tasty bread, but that's ok.
Arm still hurts so still holding off on pushups. I'll probably have to repeat Week 3, but I'm still excited (though a little sad my arms/chest will probably not progress for a bit).
Oh and went to walmart in my jeans this morning and forgot a belt, and I had to keep holding my pants up the whole time!
Also, I got a lot of compliments at the party for looking trimmer. :)

Damn non-weight loss. I'm not sure what exactly the reason is, but I'll give it some more time before I get worried. I'm just really looking forward to being in the 180s and it's taken me longer than I had expected.
My arm hurt yesterday so I held off on my w3d3 of pushups. I'm going to try and run this afternoon and see how the pushups are. If I can't do those, I'll do my w3d3 of situps and hold off again on pushups (I might need to repeat this week).
I'm going to try and have a look back at what I ate when I started. I think the fact that I'm having more carbs vs proteins right now is a factor.
