Whoo. Down 14 pounds! I'm hoping to do some of my run and situps today (w7d1 and w6d3), but we're celebrating Gaby's birthday so we'll be going out for that.

A little saddened by the slowed down weight loss, but I'm not getting discouraged. Did my c25k w6d3 on Sunday, and I killed it! Was thrilled about that part :)

Arg this didn't save earlier.
Down 12 pounds, very awesome! Could have shrimp and grits today, going to be a challenge. Didn't get to do situps and pushups yesterday, but killed the run. Doing them tonight (w5d3 and w3d3 respectively).

I didn't gain weight on the cruise, woohoo! It was a big challenge and yesterday was absurdy tiring. We didn't get home until 1:00 and then we had to wake up at 3:45 AM to get Gaby's car and for me to go to the airport. Didn't get home until 10:00 last night.
On the cruise, I did w5d3 of c25k and w5d2 of 200 situps and w3d1 of 100 pushups. Today I'm going to catch up on those.
The diet is definitely working. When I ate too much on the cruise (I had one terrible fruity drink and stuffed myself at Johnnie Rocket's) I felt miserably full.

Figured I'd go up, but oh well. Did my w5d1 of 200 situps and started back my 100 pushups at w3d1. Hopefully this time I can finish through it without hurting myself! Situps were killer, but I was able to finish (way over 200 total, very exciting!)
Going on a cruise this weekend. I'm planning on keeping up my exercise and diet while I'm there, but this is going to be a huge challenge. I may be cheating a few times, but I want to still stay with a good deficit.
