WOW! Today when I stepped on the scale I was quite shocked to see the number staring back at me. I know we are all taught not to believe the scale, but when you were constantly seeing the number climb and your clothes feeling tighter, you know something was wrong. In fact, the last week alone, has been the opposite. Seeing 165.8 on the scale was remarkable to me. I was quite happy with that. That and having all my clothes feel a lot looser on me as well. I've also started working with a trainer, who really got me to be a lot more consistent with logging my food, and now I'm on a new workout program for the next 4 weeks. I'm going to make sure this momentum keeps on going!
