Weight loss was sloooooow this week which is super frustrating. It is a loss and not a gain so I can't complain too much. I just wish I could see a bigger loss of 2-3 pounds for a couple of weeks, oh wouldn't that be nice? I know my inconsistency made the scale inch up and I have to deal with that and fix it but I have to say I am burnt out on the whole weight loss battle and just want to lose it already. Enough whining, ugh.

I have honestly been taking a break from everything out of frustration. I have been lucky to have alot of vacations last year but every vacation has been a stressful deadline for me on weight loss. I have finally decided to buckle down and concentrate on losing the weight permanently, without a time frame. I just got back from Vegas on Thursday and weighed in at 163.1, yuck. My goal is to clean up the eating to stay between 1300-1500 calories a day and workout 6 days a week with atleast 3 days a morning and an evening workout to bump up the metabolism. I took my measurements also so I have that as a better gauge than the scale. My goal now is to get down to 145 and re-assess from there. Most likely, with added muscle, that will be an ideal weight for me. Honestly, I don't care what I weigh so much as having my jeans fit again. Talk about frustrating. Wish me luck!

I am back from the dead. I have been frustrated with the diet and exercise so I stepped back to take a breather and get re-motivated. After Thanksgiving, I was up to 163, yuck. I started EFS yesterday and already I am back down to 160.5. I have been working out 3-4 days a week and eating okay so hopefully the extra weight will come off fairly easily. i am going to follow EFS the next few weeks and I am hoping to be back in my jeans comfortably in time for my trip to Vegas in January.

I am definitely doing well on the losing front! I weighed in this morning to 157.7, yeah! I also went to the gym this morning and burned over 1200 calories, woo-hoo! I have been eating oatmeal for breakfast with some fruit and then just my veggies soup and a bit more fruit the rest of the day. I am really wanting a peanut butter sandwich with a little honey. YUM! I hope to keep losing though and I REALLY hope it stays off!
