Filmed footage for my first Youtube video at the gym last night. Should be posted by the end of the week. Dynamic upper push day: pause rep bench, close grip bench, incline press, triceps press-downs, and incline dumbbell flyes with Thompson fatbells.
Good session, finally getting my strength back after dropping 20 lbs.
weight is sitting between 175-178, not too worried about getting pudgy for winter; it makes me strong, and warm.

Back to conjugate. This week I hit 465 lbs. on banded deadlifts. The video is on my instagram @Chadlius88 for anyone who's interested.
Soon I'll be posting a youtube video on how to create your own conjugate program. I'll share a link once its uploaded.
