Can't remember if I recorded on Friday that I did level one, but I did. Didn't workout at all over the weekend and my eating left little to be desired. I don't mind cheating on weekends (in fact, I don't think I could do this if I didn't) but I'm pretty sure I went overboard. Did banish fat yesterday minus the last circuit. Off to do a level again. Haven't decided which one, but may stick with 1 for a bit as I found it was harder than the banish fat video which is twice as long!

Down 2 lbs, which I was very surprised to see. I guess even though I had some days where I couldn't determine how the food was made, I must have made some "decent" choices plus I didn't snack this week the way I have been as this weight has crept back on. Having said this, I have a lot of work to do. Will continue to log food and must step up the excercising. Did 4 circuits of banish fat this morn. Had to cut it short for timing but will do another tmrw morn.

Also forgot to mention yesterday that the pad thai wasn't an accurate calculation because it was take-out and there is no nutritional info from the restaurant. Hopefully I was fairly close (and not under -- eek!)

Didn't eat terribly on Friday or Saturday, but Sunday was a full on cheat day. Forgot to record that I walked 6kms on Friday. No other excercise over the weekend or today. Have been online to calculate how many calories I should take in per day to lose weight. I used WW pts last time I used this website, so hopefully I can do it this way again.

Weighed in for the first time today since april. Shocking that it's been so long since I've been on here, because clearly I need this as a tool to keep me at the weight I want to be. I am up to 147lbs. It's a shame because I had lost all/most of it last year, but I have to admit, it's not as bad as I thought it was going to be. This has me less discouraged than I thought I was going to be. Don't get me wrong, my body looks awful right now, but the number on the scale doesn't have me feeling like this is going to be impossible to do. So here's to starting over and getting back to where I want to be. Off to enter my first meal in way too long...
