Had too many crackers last night. :( Love carbs before going to bed. They help me sleep.
Spun - 30 minutes. Without the class it was hard to push myself. Found myself looking at my watch too often. The jumps were especially hard to push myself to do. Only did 3 sets @ 30 count. But am happy I did at least 30 minutes. Sweat a lot! That must have been a good sign. Now have to make sure my dinner doesn't make it all for nothing! Looks like I'm going to be averaged about 4 LBS a month weight loss. I feel its so little for all the effort I'm putting in but my husband keeps telling me its a LB a week and any more might be too quick. I don't know but am hoping it will pick up at a faster pace.

Just learned I should have been entering "athlete" rather than normal on my Omron fat reader. If you work out more than 150 hours per week, you should set it for "athlete".
So now its way different.
Recently discovered the benefit of spinning class. Great cardio work out without hurting any joints. Don't have joint issues but the other routines are rather taxing on knees and feet. I sweat more in the power spin class than any other aerobics or weight training I have done. Loving it and hope to reach my goal quicker now that I have added this to my goal schedule 2x a week spinning. Other 3 days, other aerobics and weight training.

weight has ticked up last couple of days. Yesterday was up and down between 212-214. Woke early and it was 214. Went back to bed and when I got up again, it was back close to 212. Now today, upon waking at 3:30 215! Very frustrating as I kept calories down. Last night I was a little worse with my intake and had a few more carbs than should have with some low fat crackers. But had intense workout (interval training - 1 hour). Nothing seems to be paying off. :( I seem stuck between 212 & 214 and now 215!! I am so discouraged.

Comparing C. Wirthy Salmon with Natural Sea Salmon; Wirth's Blackened salmon has more than
3 x the fat
and
less protein
than Natural Sea Salmon! Will NOT be getting any more of the Wirthy. Taste great but not worth the extra fat. Scale was up this morning. Maybe that was reason even though still under rec. calorie intake and did an extreme Step blast class yesterday!
41.0 % - Reading was down a tenth. Scale was up almost 2 lbs. Not recording it since fat % reading was down. Glad I am down on it at least!
