Had half a cheese pizza last night while watching debate. So now gotta make up for that. Scale tipped up 1/2 lb but Fat% same as after work out yesterday. Interesting. Tonight Body pump class then power ride.

Glad the weight didn't change this AM since I had 4 dates stuffed with walnuts before retiring last night. If I had looked at the carb & sugar levels first I would have had an apple instead. Wow! ->

of sugar! I thought being a natural fruit, it would have been a healthy dessert. Maybe it is healthy but not if you're trying to lose weight.
But I just noticed, I am now able to wear the new pink blouse I got a couple of months ago. Buttons pulled a little too tight before. Now it fits though still very form fitting. Encouraged. :)

Had to skip gym tonight. Very little sleep last night and had a long day.
Breaking my 7 day gym record. Well, I guess it was time to take a rest.
