Up one pound but not upset. I know this past week I had more carbs than usual and less veggies so that accounts for the weight gain.

Wow! I did not expect this weight! I usually don't lose so much in one week. I really tried not to eat over my 1200 calorie budget and tried to not to eat extra sweets or empty calories. I did eat some treats. I still need to eat more vegetables! I will try to eat more veggies this week and see what happens.

After two weeks not weighing and 9 days on the road on vacation, I think I did pretty well with what I ate. After vacation, I did not weigh myself for a week so I would not get upset by what weight I gained (eating at different times, different types of meals, much less walking/steps for each day).

Up a little but I did go over calorie limit three days this week. Wasn't strictly on Jenny Craig. Still under 150 though!! This week I will work harder at staying on my meal plan and drinking at least 60 ounces of water each day.

Followed my week 1 with Jenny Craig food at least 98%. Had a few extras and without any additional exercise I FINALLY got under my 150 pound plateau!! Whoot, Whoot! I purchased food for week 2 from Jenny Craig and hope I can lose at least one pound this week.
It is intimidating to purchase most of your food from one place (and knowing it is just for you) and seeing the $ amount. It is easier to buy from different places, mix and match brands (like I have tried using Jenny Craig, Atkins, Smart Ones, and my own food) and purchasing it throughout the week and I don't see the high $ of all of it. That is why I have not purchased JC meals for all of my meals for awhile. Jenny Craig food works and I add my fresh vegetables and fruits and I DO get full.
I'll try to do extra exercise two or three times this week to see if I can get more than 1 pound lost this week.
