Wow, another five pounds. I can't believe it. That's pretty cool. I did some cardio, i did some balance ball strength work. and MAN. I'd love it if this trend continues.

Since I can eat semi-normal foods now, I went to my friend's house for dinner last night. I had an extra lean hamburger with a cheese slice. Instead of a bun, I wrapped it in a few slices of lettuce and shoved a few tomato slices in there. It was okay, I didn't really even miss the bun. I could have done without the atkins comments, but yeah.

Also, I'm SO excited to get to eat cereal again. I had a bowl for my late snack yesterday and it was WONDERFUL. I had it with fat free vanilla soy milk instead of regular milk, so it was a little sweet tasting. I also had a smoothie, some roasted veggies, a salad, and an apple throughout the day. I'm trying to keep Phase I foods going here. I think that is going to be key.

So, day 7 is done. It was the hardest day yet. I went out of town with my mom. Shopping all day, normally we would have went out for a delicious early lunch, and then got a rich snack in the afternoon. Today I had grapes, an apple, and some orange slices in stead. It was hard but I did it. Then we got home and I went to my friend's house for a birthday party and I had veggie chili and rice instead of the Pizza Hut everyone else was eating. Then they had cake and I went home. One of my friend's was very supportive, she even waited until after I left to have her slice of cake. I guess as long as I am not exposed to bad for you food I'm okay, but after an entire day of junk in my face, it gets tough.

So, from now on I'm only going to put myself in tempting situations infrequently. NOT ALL DAY. the end.
