I'm 24 years old and a college student. For many years I was a vegetarian. While I was not eating meat I didn't gain or lose weight, I maintained a fairly healthy weight. About a year and a half ago I started eating meat again, took on more classes than anyone should - therefore my physical activity was way down. I became very out of shape.
So, my goal, rather than just loosing a bit of weight, is to rework my relationship with food. I don't want to crave unhealthy things, I don't want to opt for fast food because it's quick. I need to get back into healthy eating habits.
