Well, I couldn't have done TOO much damage with my brownie the other night, because I still lost 1 pound. That's okay. I don't have to shed the weight that rapidly.
I'm sort of discouraged. People that are close to me obviously know that I'm on this diet, and a few people know just how much weight I've lost. But the only person who said that she could tell was my mom. I know it is obvious, my clothes fit differently, my gut does not stick out, I actually look normal.
I'm on the diet with my friend, and she's lost weight, not as much as I have (she doesn't have as much to lose) and when we're out together, people will say how good she looks. I'm not sure why they don't say that to me.
I'm sort of feeling like a whiner, which I don't want. But I'd like some positive reinforcement from those around me too, dang it.

Okay, so for the first time since starting Fat Smash, I slipped. It wasn't really a huge deal, I had a brownie. MAN, I didn't want to, but I sort of got guilt-ed into it. I was at my friend's mother's house last night and she insisted that I eat a brownie that she made 'especially' for me. I really do love brownies and she makes the best brownies in the world. I didn't want to eat one, but she kept on pushing them on me so I finally just had one.
I guess I can't say that I blame her, because it was my choice. So, to make up for it today, I'm not having any meat or cheese. I had to finish up the last bit of egg salad, so I had like 1/2 an egg yolk or something today. I'm also going to do my balance ball routine and my walking video when I get home from classes today. I'm going to make myself pay for this so I don't deviate again. I promised I wouldn't get too down on myself though, so I will not let it get me down.

Well, day five of Phase II. I'm feeling good. I'm keeping track of my calorie intake as well too, just to make sure that I'm on the right path. So, I'm going to try and keep my intake around 1200-1300 a day. It seems reasonable since I the first day I counted calories, I was at 1250 without even trying.
I think I'm going to make some Tilapia fillets. I'll probably have them with some steamed veggies. I can't wait.
So, the other thing that I really need to come up with some creative snacking ideas. If anyone has anything besides smoothies, fresh fruit and veggies, etc. I'd be more than willing to give them a try.

Well, another two pounds. I'm sort of glad that things have slowed down. I was getting scared that the weight was coming off too fast. Not that I do not want to lose weight, but I want it to be a healthy, sustainable weight loss. I don't want to do all this work and not even keep it off.
I have a daily planner that I have been keeping track of my food intake in. What, when, how much, etc. Yesterday I decided just to see how many calories were in what I ate, and it ended up being 1257. I know that last time I was on a 1200 calorie diet I was STARVING. Now I am surprised that my intake was so low, I'm not even hungry at all.
My headache is finally gone, so I can work out today, YAY.

Losing 3.2 kg a Week

I didn't work out yesterday, and I probably won't do much today. Since I started this diet I've been getting horrible migraines, I'm not going to blame it on the diet, because I get them anyhow. The weird thing is though, I hadn't had a bad headache in years, but in the last few weeks I've had three, the one that started yesterday is still here - I'm not liking this one bit.
I'm going to stick with the food part of the diet. Hopefully I will get a good workout in tomorrow.
I made made some amazing egg salad today. It only had 80 Calories a serving and was delicious. I'm so glad we can have condiments. YAY.
