Trying to stay under 20 carbs daily. Today I went up to 25 - ate out thinking I was making good choices - Bertucci's Tuscan roasted vegetables and Seafood DiMeur - no toasted bread.
I passed on the rolls and dip, I passed on the dessert.
Here the vegetables put me over for the days total because I had a salad for lunch.
Then my fat was not high enough so I am eating olives, cream cheese and coconut oil in coffee while typing this.
Need to keep things simple or I lose track. I guess I'm not good at eating without posting it first.

Trying hard to stay on fat fast but I needed some lettuce. Having a small salad for lunch. My fat is still up to 90% but I'm a little shy of 1,000 calories already and it's only noon.
Time will tell!

Got on the scale today and lost almost 2 pounds, water weight. Started fat fast (200 calories x 5 times a day = 1000)
Today is a good day for it because I am working 8 hours, then training 3 hours by the time I get home I will be ready for bed.
Now what to do for day 2.

Came back from vacation today - Friday night through Monday afternoon. Tried to stay Atkins ate mostly meat from the grill, cheese, olives - things that are acceptable. No pasta salad, no potato salad, no macaroni salad, even though there was plenty available. Exercised by playing in the waves, walking the boardwalk, swimming in the pool.
Got on the scale today - OMG - scale went crazy. Then I went crazy. Had that moment of well I might as well eat whatever I want today - strawberries, apple, chips, etc. Ate so much I can't breathe in - my stomach hurts.
Will start over tomorrow, maybe with a fat fast to get my weight back down quicker. Need a day just to make myself a good schedule to follow. My days are hectic. Tomorrow I go back to work until 5:30 pm, then right to training until 9:00pm.
Feels like I'm stuck on a gerbil wheel!

Since I finally started to lose, I'm afraid to change my eating pattern.
I was doing rather good losing every day. Today I must have gone a little crazy with the protein, then I tried to up my fat so I went over my RDI's. Oh well, I won't weigh in everyday and see where I'm at in a day or too.
